Tom's 4x4 Super Store can ship straight to your door, anywhere in the USA. We are located in Chattanooga Tennessee. So our East Coast shipping times can range from 2-3 days. Where as our West Coast shipping times range from 3-5 days. Our shipping rates are low, and calculate in the shopping cart as you add products.

 

Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a purchase from Tom's 4x4 Superstore, you may return items for a full refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Items cannot be installed or modified in any way and the new, unused product must be returned in its original packaging with all manufacturer's documentation in order to receive a refund. Return shipping and original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned after 30 days, there will be a 25% restocking fee deducted from the refund amount and refunds will be issued as a store credit. No returns will be accepted after 90 days. The following items cannot be returned: tires and wheels that have been mounted and or installed, opened electrical items, videos, publications, and closeout or clearance items.

Warranty Policy

All parts are covered by any Manufacturer's Warranties. Tom's 4x4 Superstore assumes no responsibility for use or application of products by the purchaser. All returned items will be inspected for warranty eligibility. Tom's 4x4 Superstore or the manufacturer will replace, repair, or refund the product based on our findings.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments received by the Purchaser should be inspected at the time of delivery. Packages with obvious damage should be refused and will be returned by the carrier. If you accept the package but subsequently discover damage, you have 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier. To report a damaged shipment, please call: UPS 800-PICKUPS, FedEx 800-GO-FEDEX. Truck freight phone numbers are listed on the bill of lading. If an item is damaged or defective with no obvious shipping damage, please contact Tom's 4x4 Superstore.

Liability

The Purchaser is responsible for determining suitability of all items even if assisted by our sales team. Tom's 4x4 Superstore will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages from any products sold. We will not be responsible or liable for inconvenience, labor, legal fees, or any other costs incurred while an item is being inspected or replaced.
