Tom’s 4x4 Superstore currently uses the most secure transport protocols available.  You can rest assured your credit card transaction will be sent under the most secure SSL encryption. This encryption sends your information in a way that is not recognizable.  Shopping with Toms4x4superstore.com is guaranteed to be safe and secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. Tom’s 4x4 Superstore will cover your liability, up to the full $50.00 (US), if the unauthorized use of your credit card is through no fault of your own while ordering from Tom’s 4x4 Superstore.com's secure site. Charges to your credit card will appear under "Tom’s 4x4 Superstore. "


Methods of Payment

When you purchase anything available on our site, the following methods of payment are accepted:
Credit Cards - We accept Mastercard, Visa, and Discover. When paying with a credit card, the billing information on your order form must match the billing information on record with your credit card company. For your safety, we also require the three digit security code located on the back of your credit card in the signature area.
All orders for over $500.00 must be paid by credit card, money order or cashier's check only.
Paypal - We accept Paypal Payments.
No COD’s.


Order Processing

Tom’s 4x4 will use the email provided by you for updates and order processing.  You can also log into your account at Toms4x4superstore.com and check your shipping status and account history. 
Processing your order from Toms4x4superstore will take approximately 24 to 48 hours. Actual times could vary depending on items ordered and when the order was placed.
Shipping – In order to make full use of the shipping resources, additional products you ordered may be shipped in multiple containers. All shipping fees will be charged at time of purchase.  There are no additional shipping charges for shipping your order in this manner. To track your packages, log into your account at Toms4x4superstore.com. Tracking numbers are assigned to packages prior to package pickup. Tracking information may not be available until the package has been picked up by the carrier and goes through their scanning process.
Canceling your Order-At your request, certain items can be canceled. Your credit card will be credited in a timely manner. The length of time your card is credited will depend on your credit card company or bank.


Sales Tax

Orders shipped to addresses in Tennessee will be charged a 9.25% Sales Tax.


Shipping

We use UPS, the US Postal Service, and Truck Freight for some large items. See our shipping & handling chart for costs. Large packages may be subject to additional shipping charges due to UPS regulations. Express shipping is available at an additional cost. Again, you can view the status of your shipping from your account details in Toms4x4superstore.com’s website. Normally, orders processed by 12:00 pm will ship the next business day.  UPS’s ground delivery will take between 2 and 10 business days.  In order to make full use of the shipping resources, additional products you ordered may be shipped in multiple containers. All shipping fees will be charged at time of purchase.  Expedited shipping can be made available per individual requests and fees. Large freight and special shipping packages may take 2 to 6 weeks depending on items. Please contact us at the number provided above for this option. To track your packages, log into your account at Toms4x4supertore.com. Tracking numbers are assigned to packages prior to package pickup. Tracking information may not be available until the package has been picked up by the carrier and goes through their input process.  Some large over-sized products may be chared additional fees.  Please call for a price quote.

Shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. Please call for any other shipping quotes.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with any products sold to you by Tom’s 4x4 Superstore, please return the unused item in the original packaging.  We will not accept any products that have been used, installed or modified in anyway.  If you decide to return your item, please do so in a timely manner to avoid any conflicts of interest (See day limits below). Some products such as electrical, special custom orders and any product installed cannot be returned unless you are utilizing a manufacturer’s warranty.  See Warranty Policy.
All items returned must had the RETURN DOCUMENTION.  Returns that do not have this RETURN DOCUMENTION will not be accepted and returned.  You will need to fill out this FORM-LINK completely, print out a copy and send with the returned item.  Again we will not accept any return that does not have the RETURN DOCUMENTATION accompanying it.  ALL ITEM RETURNED ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM 20% RESTOCKING FEE. We will not accept any returns after 30 days of purchase. No exceptions. Tom’s 4x4 Superstore is not responsible for return shipping unless an error was made by us.  We will reship the item in the normal ground delivery.  We will not pay for any other shipping services beyond that unless an agreement has been negotiated.
Items such as body kits, body tubs, windshield frames, fenders, body parts, and hard tops are sold AS IS.  They cannot be returned to Tom’s 4x4 Superstore for credit. All freight items that are damaged in transit are the responsibility of the buyer and freight company. They should be addressed by the freight company exclusively.
Within 10 days: Item is returned in new unused condition with original packaging.  You will receive a full refund minus shipping and restocking fees (Fees vary depending on item).
Within 30 days: Original buyer can only use in store credit minus shipping charges and restocking fees (Fees vary depending on item).  
We will not accept any returns after 30 days.


Damaged Shipments

You should immediately inspect all items shipped to you.  If your item is damaged, you need to immediately file a claim with the freight company (within 48 hours).  If the packaging is obviously damaged when delivered, you should refuse the package and immediately file a claim. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED ITEMS TO US.  Keep all original packaging when making this claim.  If your shipment is short items, you need to file this claim with the freight company within 5 days.  Contact numbers: UPS-1-800-PICK UPS, Fed Ex: 1-800 GO FEDEX, If you used a freight company, the number should show on the bill.



Backordered Products

Tom’s 4x4 Superstore takes pride in keeping our products readily available. From time to time due to circumstances beyond our control, item will be put on back order.  As soon as the products are available, you will be notified and the item or items will be shipped immediately.  You can cancel your order if this is the case and you don’t want to wait.  See Cancellation Procedure.


Cancellation or Modifying

You can cancel or modify your order.  You will need to contact us by email (LINK) or call 423-702-5777.  If your item has already shipped then the return policy will take place. (Please use instructions above).


Special Orders

Orders under this category will require payment in advance.  They are NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE.


Pictures

The pictures used on this sight are for demonstration purposes only.  They are used under permission from the owners with no compensation.  Tom’s 4x4 Superstore is not responsible for any claims or consequences from any of the pictures.


Typographical Errors

Tom’s 4x4 Superstore reserves the right to change, add or remove our terms of business at any time without notice.  If we have made any error in listing a price, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders.  We will strive to make these errors corrected in advance so you will have a trouble free shopping experience. 


Warranty Policy

All products are covered only by the MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES AND/OR GUARANTEES.  Tom’s 4x4 Superstore is not responsible for the application or use by the purchaser or anyone else.  Tom’s 4x4 Superstore is NOT responsible for any loss (labor, incidental, or any other costs  associated with labor) or misuse.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to make the correct decision in finding the correct product for their application, even if requested by one of our staff.
